Speakers included NECDF Site Project Manager Jeffrey Brubaker, Ronald C. Henton, Mason & Hanger vice president and general manager; CMA Director Conrad F. Whyne, Col. Robert B. Billington, Project Manager for Chemical Stockpile Elimination; Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army Carmen J. Spencer, NECD Commander Lt. Col. William Hibner and citizens Mona Harney and Pat Pastore. At the event, the U.S. Army Chemical Materials Agency thanked the work force and the community for their support during operations.
