Mr. and Mrs. O. Latta have returned home from Center Point where they were called to the bedside of Mrs. Latta's father. Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Ferguson entertained the following Sunday: Mrs. Louisa Ferguson and Miss Stella Clark, of Terre Haute; Mr. and Mrs. John Baker, of North Seelyville; Mr. and Mrs. James Swalls, Mr. and Mrs. Andy Weese and children, Mr. and Mrs. Ace Robinson and children and Mrs. Alice Swalls, of Swalls, Ind. Mrs. O. S. Morris is confined to her home with rheumatism. Mrs. John Walsh, of Indianapolis, was the guest of Mrs. Frank Kleftz Sunday. Mrs. Charles Shepherd and children were over Sunday guests of her aunt near Brazil. Mrs. John Dagan and daughter, Margaret, visited friends in East Glen Sunday. Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Herron and children spent Sunday in Lyford with relatives. Mrs. Charles Logan, who has been very ill, is reported better. Miss Izetta Myrick spent Wednesday in Terre Haute. Mrs. D. Rutherford and daughter visited Mrs. H. F. McBrayer, of East Glenn, Tuesday. Master Norman German is quite ill with tonsillitis at the home of his grandmother, Mrs. R. H. Modesitt. Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Ellingwood and daughter, Mrs. Albert Mann, and children enjoyed an outing south of here Sunday.
