Contextual Information	Mr. Sievers is a cousin of the collector. He is state director for Mutual UFO Network in Indiana. He is co-director and founder of Unexplained Phenominal Research Organization in Vincennes, Indiana. He is a retired businessman and has had three years of college. He wouldn't say what business he worked at or what college he attended. He claims he began collecting legends and researching paranormal in 1956 after reading a publication by the U.S. government concerning UFOs. His native language is English. He states that he believes the legends and personal experiences he told to the collector to be true. His storytelling habits include no hand gestures or movement other than a serious facial expression.
