Description |
Steve Higgens's transcribed account of the legend of Stiffy Green as collected by Lee Stewart. Higgens describes the dog, Stiffy Green, who was stuffed and placed in his master's mausoleum when the man died. According to the legend, if you go to the mausoleum at night, Stiffy's eyes glow green. The mausoleum is located in Highland Lawn Cemetery in Vigo County, Indiana. |
