Description |
Dwight Earley's transcribed variant of the Vanishing Hitchhiker urban legend as collected by Anne K. Reel. In this account, a bus driver picks up a hitchhiking woman and offers to take her to the next town only to discover she has disappeared from the bus before they get there. Once in the town, he stops at a restaurant and tells the story to a woman there who confirms that it was the ghost of a woman who died in a car accident with her husband and children. |
