In this account, two World War II sailors are on leave and traveling to Indianapolis, Indiana, when they see a girl hitchhiking and offer her a ride. After a while, however, the girl simply vanishes from the car. One sailor goes crazy from the experience, and the other goes into shock but later recovers. |
