Description |
Dan Hamen's transcribed variant of the Vanishing Hitchhiker urban legend as collected by Ayrin Carlson. In this account, a man sees a woman standing alone at the gates of a cemetery and offers to drive her home. He gives her his jacket to keep her warm but forgets to get it back from her, so he returns to her house the next day to retrieve it. When he arrives at the house, he discovers that the girl has actually been dead for a number of years. |
