Description |
Erin Johnson's transcribed variant of the Vanishing Hitchhiker urban legend as collected by Micah Johnson. In this account, a man sees a young girl hitchhiking in a prom dress and offers her a ride home. He gives her his jacket to keep her warm, but after he drops her off, he realizes he forgot to get the jacket back. Upon returning to her home, the couple who answer the door inform them that their daughter has been dead for some time. When the man goes to the cemetery to investigate, he finds his jacket lying across the girl's grave. |
