Description |
Peggy Harrigan's transcribed variant of the Vanishing Hitchhiker urban legend as collected by Christina Neese. In this account, a man is driving down a road when he comes across a woman in a white dress covered with blood. He stops to pick her up, and she tells him she has been in a car accident and wants to go home. When they arrive at her home, the boy leaves to get her father, and the woman disappears. Her father informs the boy that she has actually been dead for many years. |
