Description |
Monte Franklin's transcribed variant of the Vanishing Hitchhiker urban legend as collected by Jean Whitcomb. In this account, a boy picks up a girl who is walking on the side of the road and gives her his jacket because she is cold. She asks to be dropped off at a cemetery, so he waits for her but she never returns. The next day, he goes back to the cemetery and discovers her name on a tombstone and his jacket draped across the grave. |
