Rebecca Jones' transcribed interview of Ott Ratliff about a bad guy in New Orleans, Louisiana. According to Ratliff, he and a friend were driving and stopped at a well. They heard a woman screaming like she was being killed, so they went to see what was wrong. When they got to the shack she was in, they saw a man who looked like a preacher. He told them that she had just died and grabbed the dead woman's breast. |
