Susie Cooper's transcribed interview of Linda Collier about misers in Terre Haute, Indiana. According to Collier, the Champions were very rich and had a great big house, but they lived in a coal shack so they could count the coal coming out of their mines. They both died in the shack and no one ever lived in the house again. |
