Description	This is a variant of an AIDS urban legend as collected from Chung-Shan Cheng by himself. In this variant, he states that a Japanese student attending college in the U.S. decided to go back to Japan after graduating. Before he left, his girlfriend gave him a note to open on the plane home. When he opens it, it is a letter from her stating that he now has AIDS.
