Description |
Sara Russell's transcribed interview of Jim Thompson about moonshiners in Shelburn, Indiana. According to Thompson, there was a house by Dawson's pond where a man made moonshine. He stored it in jugs tied to ropes in the pond. When he brought jugs home his wife would hang red underwear on the clothesline if police had been around. She would hang white ones if the coast was clear. |
