Abstract	Photostat of letter to A. E. Gordon, 9/4/1925. Writes that it was an oversight that he did not send a copy of his letter regarding the restoration of Eugene V. Debs's citizenship rights to Gordon. Says that he is enclosing a copy of that letter to do with what he pleases. Remarks that today he received a letter from James A. Finch who told him that Eugene V. Debs's citizenship cannot be restored unless he makes a formal application for it.
