Abstract	Letter to Eugene V. Debs on Finish Information Bureau letterhead, 11/19/1918. Writes that he is sending Eugene V. Debs a copy of an open letter that was published in a Swiss newspaper. Tells Eugene V. Debs that the open letter was written by Captain Jacques Sadoul to Romain Rollard. Remarks that the letter sheds some light on the question of intervention in Russia. Includes a copy of the letter by Captain Jacques Sadoul to Romain Rollard saying that while he is not Bolshevik that he believes that the French will not win the war in Russia by "killing the Russian revolution."
