Abstract |
Letter to Eugene V. Debs, 11/5/1921. Says that he has heard that the government leaders in Washington D. C. are seriously considering letting Eugene V. Debs go free. Writes that it is clear that the activities on behalf of the political prisoners have not been in vain. Tells Eugene V. Debs that his release will also be his greatest sacrifice. Mentions that Eugene V. Debs is the greatest "Revolutionist" of his time. Includes note from Eugene V. Debs to Theodore Debs saying that Landis is a "loyal high-hearted comrade." |
