Abstract |
Letter to Theodore Debs, 3/1/1945. Expresses the hope that Theodore Debs has recovered from his attack of malaria. Says that Theodore Debs' answer to his question about John D. Rockefeller was decisive. Writes that if Eugene V. Debs had written to Rockefeller he is sure that Theodore Debs would have remembered it. Mentions that he thinks he was confusing Eugene V. Debs' appeal to Rockefeller with Charlie Bonsell's as well as with a speech Eugene V. Debs made soon after his release from Woodstock Jail. |
