Abstract	Letter from Eugene V. Debs, 2/24/1926. Says that he wants to give President Plutarco Elias Calles of Mexico a chance to air his views on US-Mexican relations in the AMERICAN APPEAL. Mentions that he would have Victor Berger use his influence to insure that Plutarco Elias Calles receives a fair hearing in regard to the controversy surrounding his policies. Writes that he wishes Plutarco Elias Calles well on his "very progressive and promising administration."
