Says that he would have went to Terre Haute, Indiana for the funeral except for the fact that his ill health prevented him from taking the journey. Tells Theodore Debs that he is enclosing a copy of the tribute to Eugene V. Debs that he sent to Murray King for the AMERICAN APPEAL.
