Abstract	Letter from Theodore Debs, 09/15/1943. Tells Claessens that he received a visit from a Mr. Baskette who wants to do a biography of Eugene V. Debs. Says that because of his connection with the cases of the Scottsboro boys, he suspects that Baskette is a Communist or a Fifth Columnist. Asks that Claessens and the officials of the Rand School look in to the matter for him.
