Abstract	Letter to Eugene V. Debs on United Peoples Church of Pittsburgh letterhead, 04/11/1917. Says that he is sending Eugene V. Debs information about the situation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Remarks that if William Prosser has violated the law, it was an obscure law that had been violated many times before. Tells Eugene V. Debs that there are people who want to starve William Prosser out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Writes that the working classes consider William Prosser a "brother." Informs Eugene V. Debs that William Prosser has the power to convince religious people that socialism and Christianity are in harmony. Says that William Prosser has been framed. Expresses the hope that Eugene V. Debs' meetings go well, arousing the people as never before.
