Letter to Theodore Debs, 05/30/1920. Says that he has christened Eugene V. Debs with the name "well-beloved." Tells Theodore Debs that he wrote a tribute to Eugene V. Debs that appeared in the BUTTE BULLETIN today. Remarks that "secretly" he is the chief editorial writer for this newspaper. Writes that he used to prepare the American Railway Union's paper when Eugene V. Debs was in Woodstock Prison. Mentions that he met Eugene V. Debs and Theodore Debs When they were in Butte, Montana. |
