Asks that Gertrude Debs and Marguerite Debs Cooper forgive him for parts of the book which may not have been as successful. Says that he is packing up Eugene V. Debs' papers. Mentions that he hopes to visit Terre Haute, Indiana when he goes east in a few weeks.
