Tells Eugene V Debs that the book will include a short biography and extracts from a number of his articles and speeches from the APPEAL TO REASON. Asks that Eugene V Debs contribute a preface to this volume. Tells Eugene V Debs that the money raised from this book will be used for defending Eugene V Debs and other arrested socialists.
