Letter to Theodore Debs on Socialist Party of America letterhead, 03/30/1934. Writes that the next annual convention of the Socialist Party will be held in Detroit, Michigan starting 05/30/1934. Requests that Theodore Debs make an appearance at the convention because "hundreds of comrades" would appreciate seeing him. Asks that if Theodore Debs is unable to attend the convention that he think about sending a few words of greetings for the convention journal regarding the advance of socialism in America and what socialists must do to head off fascism. |
