Abstract	Letter to Eugene V. Debs, 11/18/1921. Writes that he is enclosing a copy of a resolution passed by the citizens of Conneaut, Ohio at a mass meeting, demanding the immediate release of all political prisoners with an unconditional pardon. Says that the collection taken up at the mass meeting was sent to Katherine Debs not as a gift, but as "the acknowledgement of an obligation" owed to him.
