Abstract	Letter to Eugene V. Debs on Socialist Party letterhead, 11/25/1921. Writes that Eugene V Debs's Canton, Ohio speech has gone to the press. Says that there are some errors in it which he will bring up in a foreword. Mentions that the Prison Comfort Club has sent Thanksgiving shipments to the Socialist Party's political prisoners. Remarks that Bertha Hale White is now in charge of amnesty work in Washington. Says that her work is "very effective." Writes that the Socialist Party's executive committee has sent out an invitation in accordance with the decision agreed upon at the Detroit Convention for a conference to create an organization akin to the British Labour Party. Mentions that he does not know what the outcome of such a conference would be. Remarks that the proposition for a new organization has been published in the SOCIALIST WORLD. Tells Eugene V. Debs that C. O. Sherman has cancer. Includes a note from Eugene V. Debs to Theodore Debs saying that Branstetter handled the publishing of the Canton, Ohio speech just as he would have wished. Says that Branstetter's foreword could not have been better. Mentions that the political prisoners appreciate the work that the Prison Comfort Club has been doing. Writes that he is shocked to hear about C. O. Sherman.
