Abstract	Letter to Eugene V. Debs and Victor Berger on AMERICAN APPEAL letterhead, 1/22/1926. Says that after consulting with Fred Warren and Murray E. King he thinks that the AMERICAN APPEAL should focus on the issue of Prohibition and the Volstead Act. Writes that the Socialist Party's position on the liquor question should be one of state-controlled liquor dispensaries. Includes a copy of Linn A. E. Gale's article saying that there should be state-controlled liquor dispensaries.
