Abstract	Letter to Theodore Debs on Rand School of Social Science letterhead, 9/7/1944. Writes that a man named Irving Stone has been doing research at the Rand School's library for a book about Eugene V. Debs. Says that Irving Stone would like to visit Theodore Debs in Terre Haute, Indiana on his way back to the Pacific coast. Assures Theodore Debs that this is not the same Irving Stone that has been pestering him and is a "Communist and an unpleasant character." Mentions that the Irving Stone who has been using the Rand School's library has written books about Clarence Darrow and Vincent van Gogh.
