Abstract	Letter to Theodore Debs, 3/23/19. States that his meeting in Canton, Ohio was canceled by the authorities. Writes that if he had known earlier he would have defied them just like he did in Lima, Ohio. Mentions that there is a mass demonstration on Public Square in Cleveland, Ohio today with at least thousand "reds." Also mentions that the meeting in Girard, Ohio last night was a record-breaker. Includes note from Theodore Debs stating that the judge handling Eugene V. Debs's case gave him the right to speak "within his jurisdiction but not without the limits of his own jurisdiction." Also includes note from Eugene V. Debs attached to a flyer advertising his meeting in Akron, Ohio telling him how Marguerite Prevey upon finding out that the authorities would cancel the meeting went down to the Mayor's Office and called their "bluff."
