Abstract	Letter to Eugene V. Debs on Socialist Party National Office letterhead, 6/16/25. Writes that the Socialist Party National Executive Committee Motions numbers 23 and 24 have been passed over Eugene V. Debs' objection. Says that Eugene V. Debs' traveling expenses will not be charged against the Organization Maintenance Fund and that this compensation from the Organization Maintenance Fund "could be replaced if possible from convention profits." Mentions that Eugene V. Debs made it known at the National Executive Committee meeting that he could not take money from the Organization Maintenance Fund because he "personally made the appeal for that fund for exclusive organization purposes." Also mentions Eugene V. Debs' motion that at Socialist Party sponsored events the only newspaper that should be distributed is the AMERICAN APPEAL was passed by the National Executive Committee.

Notes	The American Appeal was an official publication of the Socialist Party of America, and was produced weekly in New York City from 1926 until 1927, when it merged into The New Leader. The New Leader continued on in print until 2007, when it became an exclusively online publication.
