popular
among
the
workers

contributor
to this
publication
. The
Appeal
to
Reason
ceased
publication
in
November
1922
, and was
replaced
by its
new
owners
,
Emanuel
and
Marcet
Haldeman-Julius
, with the
Haldeman-Julius
Weekly
