Abstract	Letter to Eugene V. Debs, 11/18/1919. Writes that she thinks of Eugene V. Debs often. Says that in this time of darkness Eugene V. Debs stands out like a great light. Assures Eugene V. Debs that he has not failed those who have put their trust in him. Tells Eugene V. Debs that he will never be forgotten. Says that she never felt sorry for Eugene V. Debs because of all love and joy he has. Remarks that she feels as though she is writing in place of her brother Henry Demarest Lloyd. Mentions that she is sending Eugene V. Debs a wood cut of Henry Demarest Lloyd for his cell. Writes that Henry Demarest Lloyd once said to John Spargo that the social question will not be answered until after he, Spargo, and Eugene V. Debs go to prison. Assures Eugene V. Debs that Henry Demarest Lloyd is with Eugene V. Debs in spirit.
