Abstract	Letter to Eugene V. Debs, 07/26/1921. Says that she has received news of Eugene V. Debs through Lena Morrow Lewis and Eliza Taylor Cherdon. Tells Eugene V. Debs that she has neuritis and is having a friend type her letters. Mentions that she intended on signing up for summer classes at the University of Wisconsin at Madison but had to give up on that plan. Writes that she still manages to get to the library every week. Says that she is does not like to be outside of a college atmosphere. Tells Eugene V. Debs that when she was talking to Eugene V. Debs last year she felt similar to the way that she did when she was in the presence of Abraham Lincoln. Remarks that she used to be pessimistic but now she is optimistic about change because it is only through sacrifice that the world will become a better place. Writes that she is looking forward to visiting Eugene V. Debs at his home.
