Abstract	Letter to Eugene V. Debs on American Flint Glass Workers' Union, 01/20/1920. Says that he is sending Eugene V. Debs a box of cigars. Writes that he feels is it as much his fault as the rest of the comrades that Eugene V. Debs is in prison. Says that he wonders if Eugene V. Debs will really be in prison for 10 years. Informs Eugene V. Debs that he would gladly take Eugene V. Debs' place in prison. Writes that his family talks about Eugene V. Debs often. Remarks that Paul Basko is being deported. Tells Eugene V. Debs that the powers that be have finally declared war on the socialists. Writes that the government has declared a revolution on the working classes with the Espionage Act. Remarks that the talk of making the Espionage Law more drastic will take away the freedom of thought and thought altogether. Mentions that Dr. Holt sends Eugene V. Debs his greetings. Assures Eugene V. Debs that he will remain true to the working classes. Tells Eugene V. Debs that he has subscribed to the CLEVELAND TOILER.
