Abstract	Letter to Eugene V. Debs, 2/1/1921. Says that she cannot help but to write Eugene V. Debs. Writes that it is almost like God willed her to do so. Assures Eugene V. Debs that there has not been another man like him on earth since Jesus Christ. Writes that she and a young comrade have organized a Socialist Party local in Eugene, Oregon. Mentions that W. R. Snow and Lena Morrow Lewis have spoken there. Tells Eugene V. Debs that her husband is a Theosophist and believe in evolution. Remarks that Lena Morrow Lewis also believes in evolution. Writes that neither her husband nor Lena Morrow Lewis acknowledges the "divine origin of Jesus the Christ." Tells Eugene V. Debs that if he does not believe in Jesus Christ she does not see on what basis his ideals will stand. Says that she will not accept socialism if its adherents do not have God in their hearts. Asks that Eugene V. Debs not throw away his talent by not accepting Jesus Christ.
