Abstract	Letter to Eugene V. Debs on NEW YORK CALL letterhead, n.d. Writes that he wished that he could come to notify Eugene V. Debs of his nomination as the Socialist Party's candidate for President like he did in Girard, Kansas. Says that he wants so badly to visit Eugene V. Debs. Assures Eugene V. Debs that "big things" are happening in the world. Mentions that he bought some old issues of HARPER'S WEEKLY with articles on the Pullman Strike in them. Remarks that he, David Karsner, and James Oneal are always playing tricks on one another. Mentions that his wife's health has not been well. Writes that the railroad strike is still "tying things up." Says that there is no way that railroad workers can survive on $5 a day.
